(1) Apart from what is written in section 18, the district court of the district where the defendant is located or where the work is done, the district court in which the complaint is filed shall have the right to hear, process and dispose of such case. District should be considered and the term in case of a legal person also refers to the district where such person's head office is located.
(2) If the plaintiff and the defendant have transacted transactions in a district other than the district in which they reside, the district court in which such transaction was conducted or where the plaintiff or defendant is located shall have the right to hear, process and dispose of such case.
(3) If there are more than two defendants in a case under sub-section (1), the complaint shall be filed in the district court of the district where the largest number of defendants reside.
